talked to the round and result this will break nothing and we have to add them strange thing added the header to the file but this pr doesnt regognise it. |

This PR adds an initial version of the
.tractusxmetadata file like described in TRG 2.05.If there are any other repositories, that are connected to the this repository, that together form a product, please point that out or add the connected repos later on
